Analysis - Performance and Responsiveness
The challenge wasn't just aesthetic—it was operational. The Red Bull x Wimpy location needed to convert a niche co-branded counter into a recognizably modern F&B anchor that could handle footfall, reflect two brand DNAs, and still function within the limitations of a shared venue. We didn’t just dress up a bar—we made it a working system.
From visual zoning to ordering flows, we focused on user experience across devices and physical interaction points. Every screen, queue indicator, and lighting decision was treated like a component in a product interface: optimized for clarity, immediacy, and movement. The result is a counter that feels like a real-time UI—both digitally and spatially.
Problem - Site and Service Improvement
This location previously suffered from invisibility. The architecture was solid, but the space blended into its surroundings. Ordering wasn’t intuitive, the brand layers were unclear, and Red Bull’s physical presence was more storage than statement.
By auditing the space and user paths—down to where customers glance while walking in—we reframed the site’s utility. The placement of the Wimpy logo, the luminous Red Bull ceiling marker, and the way pick-up and order points were marked all evolved from direct behavioral cues. No guesswork. Just flow logic.
Zero to Live in 24
Our role wasn’t to print stickers or place logos. It was to engineer attention, clarity, and intent. We produced a high-fidelity, scalable 3D render that guided all fabrication decisions—from structural ribbing to counter overhangs.
Real-world deployment followed a phased sync with the venue team, ensuring nothing broke flow or conflicted with existing structures. We used minimal elements—yet created maximum distinction: a checkerboard column for familiarity, a layered lighting story for mood, and a signage system that works for humans first, not just brands.
The entire visualization, approval, fabrication, and on-ground execution was completed within 24 hours—earning full satisfaction from all parties involved.
